Children at St. Joseph’s learn how much God loves them and how to respond to that love in Christian formation classes that begin at 9:30 September through May. A variety of materials is used to help children learn Bible stories and explore their faith. Children’s church is available at 10:20 in the children’s chapel downstairs. Participants experience a children’s liturgy and rejoin the congregation before Communion. A nursery is available during the 10:30 service.
Children are always welcome to remain in church with their parents.
This year, we are offering Super Sunday School Adventure on the third Sunday of every month. We have lessons and activities to help children kindergarten through 5th grade get to know God's love for them. Classes are from 9:30 to 10:15 am. Parents can join their children in class, have a cup of coffee, or go to adult classes.
